By submission of this form you hereby acknowledge the following: The parties agree that turn around time from shoot to completed package will not exceed three (3) business days but exceptions will be made for any act of God, family emergency, weather and the like. All parties understand that shoot dates scheduled are subject to “weather reschedules”. Once the video is presented to the agent for review the agent has 24 hours to make any revision suggestions. If any such revision requires extra recording or comprehensive editing then such changes will be billed at the rate of $25.00 per hour. One “grace” reschedule of an appointment can be made by either the agent or the property owner a minimum of 24 hours in advance of said appointment. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any of the following: (1) each additional reschedule (per property and after one grace reschedule is granted) (2) any reschedule within 24 hours of appointment time (3) any missed/forgotten appointments. The overall content, length of video and editing decisions are the sole discretion of the video provider.
